Yes, our entire product range is Vegan, except for our Lip Balms which may contain certified organic Beeswax. Our candles are plant based and therefore 100% vegan.
All the brands we work with source and include the very best quality natural ingredients for their products and don’t include nasties like harsh preservatives or synthetic ingredients.
Our candles are totally natural and sustainable, being plant-based they are 100% vegan. They combine rapeseed and soy wax for a clean and long-lasting burn, a wooden or cotton wick, and a special blend of pure essential oils. Rapeseed is also locally grown in the UK, so the carbon footprint of using it is extremely low and supports local producers.

Yes, we only work with small British brands who make their products by hand in the UK.
Absolutely. Taking care of the environment is really important to us and therefore all our packaging is eco-friendly. Our boxes contain at least 90% recycled material and the remainder is from FSC approved sources, these boxes can be recycled. Our tissue paper and stickers are FSC Certified (so from sustainable sources), Acid Free (made from cellulose fibre where the active acid pulp is eliminated during processing) and printed using Soy-based inks (which are an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based inks, made from soybeans, a renewable resource. Also, they don’t leave behind petroleum based products when decomposing).
Our packaging suppliers have a tree planting scheme and each time we order they plant trees on our behalf.
Yes. We have teamed up with Ecologi to support tree planting schemes around the globe, including within the UK. We contribute monthly towards this amazing scheme and you can see how we’re doing by clicking HERE

All our beauty products will last 12 months if unopened. Once open, some products have a 3 month shelf life – please see individual product labels for more information. Many of our products do not contain water so they will not degrade rapidly. However, please try and store them in a cool, dry place to protect the natural ingredients inside.
Yes, we also don’t recommend our Calm Balm or Body & Bathe Oil during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Occasionally when shipped to hotter countries the heat may change the consistency of some products. If a product melts a little, simply pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes where it will become hard again and ready for use.

Once dispatched we will send you an email confirmation so you know that your parcel is with the courier/Royal Mail for delivery – many orders arrive within a couple of days, but please allow 3–5working days for it to arrive with you. If it has not arrived after 5 days, please let us know so that we can investigate.
If you want a parcel delivered more quickly, please choose the express shipping option during checkout.
If you choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day shipping option this service requires a signature. If there is no one in to sign for your parcel it will need to be collected from your local Post Office.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are returned to us if customers fail to collect their parcel from the Post Office.
If you are out when a delivery attempt is made the postman may leave an instruction card through your door. Please remember to collect your parcel from the post office within the designated timeframe, otherwise it will be returned to us. In this event, we cannot refund the cost of the original shipping and you will have to pay delivery fees again for us to resend your parcel.
We’re are really sorry you are still waiting for your gift box! Please contact us straight away by emailing email@example.com and we will do our best to locate your order. If we are unable to find your parcel for any reason, we will reship your order.
We hope that you love your beautiful ethical purchase as much as we do. We will always do our best to resolve any issues you may have, so if there is anything that you are unhappy with or you’ve changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days from delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the reason you don’t love it.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return and as the postal service is outside of our control, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us (we advise getting a proof of postage).
You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. All that we ask is that the returned products and their packaging is sealed, haven’t been used, are not damaged and are in a re-saleable condition.
We do not reimburse postage costs for returned products, unless the product is faulty. If an item arrives faulty please email us at email@example.com with a photo and a description of what’s wrong and we’ll get in touch with you.
All our products go through strict quality assurance by our suppliers during production and we visually inspect all products before they are dispatched to ensure they are not damaged. However, if you believe any part of your beautiful ethical order is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and an explanation and we will discuss the options with you.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us and we’ve confirmed that the products are in their original, complete condition. We will process your refund in no more than 14 days after we receive the Products. Any refund due will be made to the same credit or debit card used during the original purchase.
We will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund via e-mail. Unfortunately, any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging or in a resalable condition, will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Where we have agreed a refund because products arrived with a fault or were damaged in transport, you will be refunded in full.
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the product and the product has not been used and the seal remains unbroken, please let us know and we can arrange this for you. If you have not told us that you would like to exchange the Product, we will provide a refund.
